The Solcz Family Foundation has a two-step application process.

Step 1 Proposal Stage (Eligibility Screening): screens for basic eligibility and fit

Complete our proposal form online so we can confirm eligibility and alignment. 

Required at this stage:

• Basic information about the charity
• Basic information about the funding request
• Verification of charitable status

If your proposal meets basic eligibility, you may be invited to submit a full application. However, the submission of a proposal form and meeting the Foundation’s eligibility requirements does not in any way guarantee that the charity will be invited to submit an application.

Step 2 Application Stage: is by invitation only and involves completion of a full application

Invited applicants complete a detailed application covering:

• Organization details
• Project/program details
• Budget/financials
• Outcomes and evaluation
• Attachments

The submission of an application and meeting the Foundation’s eligibility requirements does not in any way guarantee that the charity will be awarded a grant. 

Decisions are rendered in alignment with the dates below. Organization registration is open year round by following the REGISTER NOW button below. Grant cycle schedules are posted in January of each year.
